These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 44bat ("44bat", "we", "us", "our") in connection with your access to and use of the website located at https://44bat.io and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, virtual sports, promotions, and any other wagering or gaming products made available through the 44bat platform (collectively, the "Services").

44bat operates as an online betting and casino platform serving the Bangladesh market. The platform is designed and optimised for players located in Bangladesh, offering services in English with payment processing through local methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as international card schemes.

These Terms should be read together with 44bat's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific rules or terms applicable to individual games, promotions, or product categories. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, the more specific document will take precedence with respect to the matter to which it specifically relates.

To register an account and use the 44bat Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 44bat enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Access to the platform by individuals under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law, and where it is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of your participation.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility criteria and that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

To access the full range of 44bat Services, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method. 44bat reserves the right to request additional identification documents at any stage.

One Account Per Player: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 44bat. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 44bat employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts, and any such accounts identified will be closed with balances potentially forfeited.

Account Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must:

• Select a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 44bat immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

44bat will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 44bat that requests your account password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Account Verification (KYC): 44bat operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and fraud prevention best practices. You may be required to submit proof of identity (national ID, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete the KYC process may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension until documentation is provided and verified.

All financial transactions on 44bat are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 44bat supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits may take between 30 minutes and 2 business hours depending on the sending institution.
• 44bat does not charge fees on incoming deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds must be used for the purpose of placing bets or playing games on 44bat. Depositing funds without the intention of wagering, solely to exploit withdrawal processing, is prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals to bKash are processed with an average transfer time of under four minutes from approval.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within 1–3 business hours during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 44bat reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or requests exceeding ৳25,000.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your name. 44bat will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

44bat offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, VIP tier rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus amounts are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is disclosed in the promotion's individual terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be claimed and/or wagered within the time period specified in the relevant promotion. Unused bonuses expire automatically upon the deadline.

The 44bat VIP programme operates separately from standard promotions. VIP tier points are accumulated automatically based on real-money wagering activity and do not require a separate opt-in. VIP tier benefits, including cashback rates and withdrawal priority, are governed by the VIP programme terms published in the player's account dashboard.

All bets placed on 44bat are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market, game, or event on which the wager is placed. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with all applicable rules before placing a bet. The following general rules apply across all 44bat betting products.

Bet Acceptance: 44bat reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, including where we believe the bet has been placed in error, based on incorrect odds, or in circumstances where market integrity may be compromised.

Cricket Betting: 44bat covers pre-match and in-play markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other major cricket events. In-play odds update continuously throughout the match. Bets accepted during play stand on the odds displayed at the moment of acceptance, regardless of subsequent odds movements.

Abandoned or Postponed Events: If a sports event is abandoned, postponed, or fails to conclude within the time period specified in the market rules, bets may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. The specific treatment of each event type is governed by the rules published for that market.

Casino and Slot Games: Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by the game provider. 44bat does not control or manipulate game outcomes. Any technical malfunction that interrupts a game session will be handled in accordance with the relevant game provider's published malfunction policy, which typically results in the bet being voided and the stake being returned.

Live Casino: Live casino streams from Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live operate under those providers' own studio rules. 44bat presents these games as a distribution partner. In the event of a dispute regarding a live casino outcome, the studio's recorded stream constitutes the definitive record.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 44bat platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. 44bat reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities, upon detection of any of the following:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game or bonus mechanics.
• Engaging in match fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of coordinated betting designed to manipulate outcomes or exploit odds discrepancies in bad faith.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in odds or game mechanics. Any winnings resulting from the exploitation of a platform error are void and will be recovered by 44bat.
• Using 44bat to launder money or conduct any financially fraudulent activity.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment and wagering.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward 44bat staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.

All content on the 44bat platform, including but not limited to the 44bat name, logo, website design, user interface layout, graphics, text, software, data structures, and compiled game content, is the intellectual property of 44bat or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 44bat platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 44bat content without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform using automated means.
• Use the 44bat brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any software component of the 44bat platform.

Game content on the 44bat platform, including slot game graphics, live casino streams, and crash game mechanics, is the intellectual property of the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, and others) and is licensed to 44bat for distribution. • Interruptions to service caused by technical maintenance, server outages, third-party infrastructure failures, telecommunications disruptions, or events beyond 44bat's reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, or widespread internet disruptions.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Errors in odds, game malfunctions, or display errors that result from third-party software, provided that 44bat takes reasonable steps to void affected bets and return stakes upon becoming aware of such errors.
• Any decisions you make regarding the placement of bets or the selection of games. All wagering decisions are made at your sole discretion and risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your 44bat account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard verification procedures.

Closure by 44bat: 44bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity in connection with the platform.
• You have provided false registration information or failed to complete required verification.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to 44bat, other players, or payment partners.
• You are under the age of 21.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 44bat reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where closure results from a force majeure event or legal obligation, 44bat will make reasonable efforts to return verified real-money balances to affected players.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion through the account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. 44bat will take reasonable technical steps to prevent access during the exclusion period, though players bear responsibility for not attempting to circumvent self-exclusion by opening new accounts.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before initiating any formal legal proceedings. 44bat's decisions regarding account balances, bet outcomes, and bonus entitlements, made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms, are final.
